W. Seth Martin
Mr. Martin is the founder of Martin Capital Group (MCG). Prior to founding MCG, he was a Vice President and investment professional at Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P. While at Apollo, Mr. Martin focused the majority of his efforts on investments in Europe and completed over three billion dollars worth of transactions in seven different countries. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Martin was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at J.P. Morgan and prior to that an associate with Hines Interests Limited Partnership, a leading international real estate development company. Mr. Martin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Modern European Studies and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.

William C. Martin
Mr. Martin is the chairman and founder of First Martin Corporation and the Bank of Ann Arbor. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is responsible for corporate strategy and the direction of MCG. Mr. Martin also serves as the President of the United States Olympic Committee, is a Member of the Board of Wittenberg University, and a Director of the Fales Committee of the U.S. Naval Academy. Currently Mr. Martin is also the Athletic Director at the University of Michigan.

Chris Grant
Mr. Grant is a Senior Vice-President with First Martin Corporation, where he has been an integral part of the company for over 30 years. Mr. Grant focuses on new developments, asset management and financing. In addition to his role at First Martin, Mr. Grant served on the board of the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority, Ronald McDonald House and was the past President of the Michigan chapter of NAIOP. Mr. Grant graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with a B.B.A. degree.

Robert Gates
Mr. Gates is a Vice-President with First Martin Corporation and is responsible for asset and property management. Mr. Gates has been with First Martin for over 24 years and prior to that was with the Real Estate Consulting Group of Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Gates graduated from The College of Wooster with a B.A. degree in Economics and received an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

Mike Martin
Mr. Martin is an associate with MCG and is responsible for underwriting new investments and investment management. Prior to joining MCG, Mr. Martin was a portfolio manager for Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis) based in New York City. His portfolio included 5 million square feet of Class A and B office buildings. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Mr. Martin oversaw various construction projects for O'Neal Construction. Mr. Martin graduated with a BA in history from Kenyon College.

John Teeter
Mr. Teeter has been associated with First Martin Corporation since 1998 and is involved in asset management and new developments. Mr. Teeter graduated with an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University.

Ted Atzeff
Mr. Atzeff is an associate at MCG and is directly responsible for marketing efforts of the company's various real estate ventures and assists in project management for new developments. Before moving to Chicago, Mr. Atzeff led the development marketing group for a Seattle-based startup involved in the roll out and expansion of rental-fee based computer centers throughout northwestern Mexico. Mr. Atzeff graduated with an B.A. in Latin American Studies and Economics from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Rachel Koch
Ms. Koch is an analyst with MCG and is responsible for underwriting potential new investments and development projects. In addition, Ms. Kocj manages current MCG properties and assists in project management for new developments. Ms. Koch graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude with a BA in Comparative Literary Studies and Art History from Northwestern University.
